1. About this site

This site is operated by Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd (CIN U70200WB2026PTC288824) and describes its SaaS build service line, published under reference AKN/SAAS/2026/001. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Nothing here is an offer or a quotation

Content on this site is for information. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Services are provided only under an executed Master Services Agreement and a signed Statement of Work.

3. Indicative figures

Package prices, add-on rates, support fees, build durations and any output of the scope estimator on this site are indicative and provided for planning purposes only. They are based on typical engagements, not on your product. The binding price for any engagement is the fixed figure recorded in the Statement of Work following the validation sprint. The estimator is an illustration and not a quotation.

4. No outcome guarantee

We commit to building the software described in the signed specification, to the acceptance criteria recorded in it. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes — user adoption, revenue, funding, market reception or competitive position — because those depend on factors outside the software and outside our control. Nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

5. Third-party platforms and services

Delivery depends on third-party providers including cloud platforms, payment gateways, app stores, APIs and open-source components, each with its own terms, pricing, availability and review processes which may change without notice. We design for resilience and monitor what we can, but we do not own and cannot warrant a third party's service level, pricing, approval decisions or continued availability.

6. Intellectual property

All content, layout, wording and design on this site belong to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Within an engagement, intellectual property in the software built for you is assigned to you as set out in the Master Services Agreement; Akontec retains only its pre-existing internal libraries and tooling, licensed to you perpetually and royalty-free for use in your product.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care over the accuracy of this site but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different arrangement agreed in an executed services agreement between us.
