Someone owns it
on Monday morning.
Software does not finish. Dependencies age, providers change APIs, usage patterns shift and your first real users ask for things nobody predicted. Support plans cover that, at a published monthly price.
Three plans.
Published rates.
Minimum term three months, then thirty days’ notice on either side. The 60-day warranty after go-live is included regardless and is not part of any plan.

Sixty days,
included.
Any defect against the signed specification is fixed at our cost for sixty days after go-live, whether or not you take a support plan. A defect is behaviour that does not match the acceptance criteria. A new idea is phase two — and we will be clear about which is which rather than quietly reclassifying one as the other.
Discuss a support plan →Leaving is a
supported action.
A support plan should be something you keep because it is worth it, not because leaving is painful. Everything needed to run the product without us is delivered at handover.
You already have
The repository, the cloud account, the domains and the third-party accounts — all in your name since day one.
You already have
Deployment runbook, environment documentation, API docs and the data model diagram.
You already have
A recorded walkthrough of the architecture and the operational tasks, made for whoever maintains it next.
On request
Paid onboarding sessions for your incoming engineers, at the published hourly rate. No exit fee, no hostage clause.
Bring us the idea. We’ll bring back a scope you can hold us to.
A scoping call costs nothing and takes forty-five minutes. If the product does not need building yet, or needs building by someone else, we would rather say so in that call than three months into a contract.
