Indicative figures so you can size a business case before speaking to anyone. The binding price comes out of the validation sprint and is written into the Statement of Work, where it does not move without a signed change request.
Billed 30% on SOW signature, 30% on design sign-off, 30% on UAT sign-off and 10% on go-live. All figures exclude GST.
Prove the idea is worth building, and get a fixed price for building it.
A real product in front of real users, with what proves the idea and nothing that does not.
The operational depth a paying customer base needs, not just a demo that works.
Multi-tenant, regulated, high-volume or on-premise deployments.

Because a supplier who owns your hosting account owns your product. Infrastructure runs in your own cloud account from day one, billed directly to you at provider cost with no markup. We will size it, configure it, monitor it and review the bill with you quarterly — but the account, the data and the ability to revoke our access stay with you.
Because a fixed price without a specification is a guess, and guesses get recovered later through change requests or corner-cutting. Three weeks of proper discovery produces a document precise enough to price honestly. It is also the cheapest possible way to discover that a product should not be built, if that turns out to be the answer.
Sometimes. If you have a written specification with acceptance criteria and designs, we will review it and quote from it — usually after a shortened two-to-three-day gap analysis. A feature list in a slide deck is not a specification, and we will say so rather than price against it.
Then the honest answer is usually a smaller first version, not a discounted big one. The validation sprint exists partly to find the smallest thing that proves the idea. If your budget cannot support even that, we will tell you rather than take a deposit for a build we know will stall.
No. It sounds attractive early and it distorts every decision afterwards, on both sides. We build software for a fee, you keep your company.
A scoping call costs nothing and takes forty-five minutes. If the product does not need building yet, or needs building by someone else, we would rather say so in that call than three months into a contract.
